  • Maintain corporate records, including minute books, director and officer listings, the affiliated entities list, and governance resolutions and consents, ensuring all documents are properly and timely filed
  • Coordinate and process regulatory filings, including NAIC biographical affidavit submissions for newly appointed insurance company officers and changes in agents for service of process
  • Manage vendor relationships supporting governance functions, including coordinating renewals and support requests
  • Shareholder / Investor Relations Coordinate shareholder engagement scheduling, managing tight calendars for senior leaders and investors with precision and professionalism
  • Support logistics planning for the annual shareholder meeting in coordination with the event planning, security, and communications teams; maintain the master logistics checklist and track action items to completion
  • Monitor peer company shareholder meetings, noting shareholder questions and emerging themes to inform preparation for the annual meeting
  • Administrative Support Manage calendars and complex scheduling for senior leaders and the Corporate Governance team
