Temporary Data Entry Clerk

Inver Grove Heights, MN (100% Onsite) | $23-$25/hour DOE | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | Temporary Assignment (Approx. 2 Months+) with potential for extension

I'm partnering with a well-established Twin Cities manufacturer that is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to assist with a large-scale system conversion project.

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

• Transferring data between legacy and new business systems
• Reviewing and validating records for accuracy and completeness
• Identifying and correcting discrepancies during data migration
• Maintaining a high level of accuracy while processing large volumes of information
• Supporting additional administrative projects as needed

What we're looking for:

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly
• Excellent attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred
• 1+ year of office, administrative, or data entry experience preferred
• Ability to thrive in a professional office environment
