The Church of St. Timothy seeks a part-time Parish Administrative Assistant (0.35 FTE, up to 14 hours per week; non-exempt; not benefit eligible).
Schedule:
Monday 8:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m., remaining hours to be determined. Reports to the Business Administrator and works closely with the Pastor, Principal, staff and volunteers.
Responsibilities include:
- Front office: Greet visitors, answer phones and the parish office email, process mail, and maintain parish calendars.
- Contributions: Enter weekly contributions in Parish SOFT Family Suite, review online giving for accuracy, and report weekly totals.
- Liturgical ministry: Prepare ministry schedules three times a year and coordinate volunteer notices for special Masses.
- Safe Environment Coordinator: Oversee Essential Three (E3) for the parish and school, track CMG Connect training and PACE/PRISM reporting, and complete the annual spring report.
- Cemetery: Process cemetery funds, print plot and niche deeds, and assist the Cemetery Sexton.
- Bookkeeping support: Code accounts payable, process time sheets, and contact service vendors.
- Other duties as assigned, including staff meetings and required trainings.
