- Reduce the Field’s administrative burden.
- Support national initiatives consistently to promote growth through scale and efficiency.
- Support demand and lead generation efforts resulting in new sales opportunities.
- Receipt, tracking and assignment of all incoming field requests.
- Enter and extract from the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system activities such as tickets, account/contact updates, entering opportunities, sales activity records, list extractions, etc.
- Take regular inventory of sales materials.
- Coordinate support for client events.
- Produce client‑facing proposals and format documents to ensure they meet brand standards.
- Produce sales enablement tools (e.g., Callahan & Associates Analysis).
- Print and ship field materials.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 0–1 years of related work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred; field of study Business Administration or Marketing.
- Experience in Sales Enablement & Operations.
- Expertise in Microsoft Suite, Smartsheets or similar program(s).
Projected base salary range: $46,200 to $64,570 (annualized USD). Eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance. Medical, dental, vision, life and disability, and 401(k) benefits are part of the employment offering. Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time.
