The Sales Support Coordinator is responsible for enabling more sales activity through:

• Reducing the Field’s administrative burden.

• Supporting national initiatives consistently to promote growth through scale and efficiency.  
• Supporting demand and lead generation efforts resulting in new sales opportunities.
This position requires high levels of cross-functional collaboration with partners from the Field, Sales Specialists, Product Management & Client Services, LSPD, Risk Management Operations, Bond, all Marketing functions as well as fellow members of Sales Enablement Operations.
The primary customer of this position is Allied’s external field partners. Some duties require collaboration directly with financial institution clients.##

* Job Duties and Responsibilities:

** Field Support
* Receipt, tracking and assignment of all incoming field requests.
* Entries and extractions from Client Relationship Management (CRM) system including activities such as: tickets, account/contact updates, entering opportunities, sales activity records, list extractions, etc.
* Take regular inventory of sales materials.
* Coordinate support for client events.
* Production of client facing proposals.
* Document formatting to ensure client facing materials meet brand standards.
* Production of sales enablement tools (ex. Callahan & Associates Analysis).
* Printing and shipping field materials.##
** Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
*** High School Diploma or GED required.
* 0 – 1 years of related work experience.
* Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.  Field of Study:
Business Administration or Marketing
* Experience in Sales Enablement & Operations
* Expertise in Microsoft Suite, Smartsheets or similar program(s#LI-ID1

Compensation at Allied Solutions is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, market data, job posting location, relevant experience, level, skills, and internal equity considerations. The projected base salary range for this position is $46,200 to $64,570 (annualized USD). This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance results.
Medical, dental, vision, life and disability and 401k benefits are part of the employment offering.  Pay and benefits are subject to change at any time and may be modified at the discretion of the company, consistent with the terms of any applicable compensation or benefit plans.  This salary range is a good faith estimate, and not a guarantee of the ultimate salary offering.
