The Lockheed Martin Key Account Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing the assigned Key Account. You will be responsible for 3M Transportation Business Group product sales to Lockheed Martin.

As a Key Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Lead TEBG Strategy for engagement with Lockheed Martin
• Implements key account initiatives
• Determine strategy, sales approach, customer engagement plan
• Supports business group initiatives
• Willingness to travel globally to support Lockheed Martin

This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre‑employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position.

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)
• Eight (8) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Current, valid Driver’s License.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Master’s degree from an accredited institution
• Ten (10) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment
• Skills include negotiation, strong influencing skills, CRM skills, proven experience managing cross functional teams, substantial experience in defense or government sales

• Remote in USA
• Travel:
  May include up to 30% domestic/international
• Relocation:
  May be authorized

Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Responsibilities of this position may include direct and/or indirect physical or logical access to information, systems, technologies subjected to the regulations/compliance with U.S. Export Control Laws.

The expected compensation range for this position is $164,612 – $201,193, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
