Compensation Overview

The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of candidate; and other conditions of employment.

As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?

Under general supervision, this role partners with business and functional leadership to contribute business architecture rigor, insight, and analysis to teams defining, assessing, and planning to bridge strategy to execution. This position will play a key role in building out the Rules Practice, including support for taxonomy development, best practices documentation, and governance frameworks. The role involves taking ownership of tasks tied to strategic initiatives—such as AI agent integration planning and rules architecture alignment—while helping advance the overall direction of the Rules Chapter within SP&E Business Insurance.
