Konik is partnering with a long-established general contractor recognized for delivering high-quality commercial and multi-family residential projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated construction professional who thrives in an environment built on accountability, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

• Lead multiple construction projects from start to finish, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards
• Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, subcontractors, and vendors
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, documentation, submittals, and compliance requirements
• Develop and manage project budgets, bids, subcontracts, and supplier relationships
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and project risk to maintain progress and profitability
• Support ongoing client relationships and assist with proposals and preconstruction services

• 7–10 years of experience managing new construction, renovation, and/or multi‑family or commercial projects
• Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, and construction accounting software
• Ability to interpret and coordinate construction drawings and specifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
• Willingness to travel to job sites outside the Twin Cities metro area as needed

• Base salary range: $105K–$140k DOE
• 100% employer paid medical insurance
