We are looking for a professional Senior Inspector to add to our highway team and work alongside our technical experts to provide contributions to the development of new techniques and standards. Help our team grow by mentoring early professionals while assisting resident engineers and project administrators in completion of inspection work in accordance with projects and client specifications.

• Inspecting materials in accordance with the client's scope of services (plans, specifications, and special provisions).
• Transporting samples to be tested in a Department laboratory or appropriate facility.
• Maintaining detailed accurate records of daily operations and significant events. Fulfilling other duties as needed.
• Preparing daily inspection reports.
• Monitoring and inspecting the Work Zone Traffic Control (in accordance with the client's requirements).
• Performs inspection of the contractor’s quality control procedures.
• Performs material testing and verifies that procedures are in conformance with the approved Quality Control Plan and established procedures.
• Reviews material testing procedures and results for conformance to the contract and measures quantities of materials placed.
• May be required to perform sampling and/or in‑place testing of soil, aggregate base, concrete, and asphalt concrete pavement.

• Candidate must have a minimum of 10 years of DOT or Municipality CEI Inspection Services.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Valid State’s driver’s license and the ability to pass a motor vehicle background check.
