Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Drywall Supervisor in MN. The Drywall Supervisor will oversee daily operations and coordinate drywall projects, ensuring quality standards and project timelines are met. Responsibilities include supervising construction teams, monitoring project progress, inspecting work for compliance with safety and quality standards, and providing on‑site problem‑solving. The role also involves managing materials, communicating with clients, and ensuring the seamless execution of each project.
Qualifications- Strong knowledge of drywall techniques, materials, and tools, including metal stud framing and finishing
- Proven ability to supervise and lead construction crews effectively
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and technical drawings
- Problem‑solving skills with a focus on resolving on‑site challenges efficiently
- Excellent communication and organizational skills for collaborating with team members and clients
- Proficiency in time management to ensure project deadlines are met
- Familiarity with safety regulations and ability to enforce on‑site safety practices
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the construction or drywall industry is preferred
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the St. Paul, MN area
