$75,000 – $95,000 per year.

• Estimates and bids large commercial flooring projects.
• Prepares detailed cost estimates and proposals.
• Collaborates with project managers and clients to ensure accurate pricing.
• Identifies and mitigates cost risks.

• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial flooring estimation.
• Strong knowledge of commercial flooring types, installation methods, and industry pricing structures.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
