As a Customer Service Center Specialist, you'll be the voice of our organization-connecting with customers across multiple channels to understand their needs, resolve issues, and create positive experiences. This role is about more than answering questions; it's about developing trust, partnering on solutions, and strengthening relationships that last.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a trusted resource for customers, addressing inquiries on deposit and loan accounts, transactions, and digital banking tools.
• Deliver solutions that meet customer needs and enhance their financial well-being.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements while maintaining confidentiality.
• Use technology, knowledge tools, and resources to provide seamless service.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve performance goals and create a positive, customer-first culture.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in banking or a call center environment (2+ years preferred).

Salary range for this role is $17.00 to $26.00 per hour, depending on experience.
