Customer Service Representative

Description We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Saint Paul, Minnesota. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring excellent customer experiences by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support across various platforms. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the hospitality industry while utilizing your communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries using a Salesforce-based case management system to ensure timely and accurate resolutions.

- Collaborate with internal teams to research and address a wide range of member and audience concerns.

- Stay informed about company policies, procedures, and applicable regulations to provide accurate information.

- Assist customers in accessing media content through smart speaker platforms such as Google Home, Apple Home Pod, and Amazon Alexa.

- Deliver exceptional service through both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Manage order entries efficiently while maintaining accuracy and thoroughness.

- Provide guidance and support to customers navigating technical or content-related challenges.

- Maintain clear and precise communication during all interactions.

- Work to meet or exceed customer service performance metrics and standards. Requirements - Proven experience in a call center or customer service role.

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar case management systems.

- Strong ability to manage inbound and outbound calls effectively.

- Familiarity with assisting customers in using smart speaker platforms.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage order entries accurately.

- Knowledge of customer service best practices and procedures.
