Power/mation has an immediate opening for an Open Order Specialist to support our Inside Sales team by answering incoming calls, tracking open orders, expediting issues, coordinating fulfillment, maintaining clear communication between internal teams, suppliers & customer to ensure timely delivery. This role is full-time at our Saint Paul office.
2+ years in customer service or order management and experience with Epicor Profit 21 / P21 are preferred;
Hub Spot is a plus.
