• No Medicaid; PPO / fee‑for‑service model
• Salary potential $200,000+ per year with consistent new patients
• $20,000 sign‑on bonus
• Hybrid schedule with flexibility:
  Mon 1‑7, Tue 7‑1, Wed 1‑7, Thu 1‑7, 1 Saturday per month
• Two dedicated assistants
• Mentorship under an experienced dentist who performs implants and more

• Provide comprehensive dental care to patients, including general restorative, endodontic, and restorative procedures
• Maintain high standards of patient care, ethical practices, and cleanliness

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active dental license in the state of Minnesota
• Valid DEA license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care and ethical practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
