General Overview

Highgrove Dental Care makes going to the dentist fun and relaxing — the way it should be. As we grow, we are looking for you to join us and be part of a team committed to excellence in dentistry as a Dental Front Office Coordinator a to add to aour team!

As a Dental Front Office Coordinator you will collaborate with our team to improve our patient’s dental health and smiles. You will deliver best-in-class patient care and focus on putting every patient first, every visit.

Schedule
  • Monday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Tuesday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Wednesday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Thursday: 7:00am - 4:00pm
  • Friday:
    Open to hours in the future
  • Saturdays:
    Off
  • Sundays:
    Off
Responsibilities
  • Meet and greet patients with enthusiasm and kindness is our number one priority
  • Ability to learn dental verbiage, coding, and procedures
  • Insurance benefits verification
  • Manage patient documents and records
  • Process and complete claim forms
  • Engage and foster strong patient relationships through a positive experience
  • Discuss treatment and financial arrangements with patients
  • Schedule appointments and help develop productive schedules
  • Demonstrate proper phone etiquette
  • Participates and contributes to a positive work environment
Qualifications
  • Warm and friendly personalities are welcomed!
  • Knowledge of Dental Insurance and Treatment planning is preferred but open to training someone
  • Knowledge or willingness to learn dental operations
  • Must possess a strong desire to meet performance standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
