Konik is partnering with a local manufacturer seeking an experienced Structural Designer. They are looking for a creative, experienced Senior Structural Designer to develop innovative display structures that bring brand stories to life. In this role, you’ll collaborate across teams to design eye‑catching, functional displays for well‑known brands—combining aesthetics with structural integrity and production‑ready solutions.

• Design compelling 2D and 3D structural concepts for retail and promotional displays.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, project management, and production teams to align design with client goals.
• Create renderings, mock‑ups, and technical specs using Artios
  
  CAD and other design tools.
• Ensure manufacturability and cost‑efficiency by selecting appropriate materials and construction methods.
• Lead or mentor junior designers as needed.
• Conduct quality checks and support production to ensure execution matches design intent.
• Stay current with industry trends and integrate new ideas and techniques.

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial or product design (or related).
• 5–7+ years in structural display design; mentoring and/or team leadership.
• Proficiency with Artios
  
  CAD; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong sense of spatial design, brand alignment, and attention to detail.
• Effective communicator who can clearly present and explain design concepts.
• Portfolio of display design work demonstrating creativity and technical expertise.
