Part-Time Leadership Training Facilitator

A government contractor is seeking a Leadership Development Program Facilitator to implement and manage their leadership training program. The ideal candidate will develop and deliver training sessions, provide mentoring, and evaluate participant progress to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in organizational psychology and at least 5 years of relevant experience. Engagement with diverse groups and experience in a government environment is desirable.
