Training Development and Delivery Practitioner

Location: Hybrid in St. Paul, MN

Rate: $60/hour W2

• B.S. or B.A. degree (4 year) or Associate’s degree plus an additional 5 years’ experience
• 5+ years experience in training/curriculum development and delivery for instructor‑led training
• Knowledge of/Experience with Mental Health/Rule 20 population
• Knowledge of/Experience with Criminal Justice system clientele
• Intermediate-level skills MS Office Suite

• Experience as a training development and delivery resource in state, county, or city governments or non‑profit sector
• Professional training certification; certification in adult learning techniques
• Diverse and bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply

• Knowledge of learning styles and training modalities
• Ability to develop materials incorporating all learning styles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to deliver training to all learning styles
• Flexible; ability to adapt given class dynamics
• Attention to detail
• Analytical, creative, and systems thinking skills
• Ability to develop instruments to assess learning after the training session
• Ability to develop instruments to assess knowledge transfer once training participants are “on the job.”
• Proficient in design standards and courseware design software
• Proficient in MS Office suite and collaboration tools
