Elementary School Tutor
Join Huntington Learning Center as an Elementary School Tutor and help students in grades K‑5 reach academic confidence, motivation, and success. Our programs support students in closing the COVID gap, re‑engaging in their education, and achieving goal test scores.
Opportunity- Work 1‑to‑1 with students.
- Focus on reading readiness, phonics, reading comprehension, and early writing skills.
- Paid training and professional development.
- All curriculum provided; tutoring takes place in the center.
- Flexible, part‑time hours weekdays and Saturdays.
- Collaborative, fun, rewarding work environment.
- Monday – Thursday 1–8:30 pm;
Saturdays 9 am–3 pm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university/college required.
- Classroom experience and teaching certification/license desired but not required.
- Enjoy teaching children and supporting academic success.
Location:
Minneapolis, MN. Compensation: $21.50–$25.90 per hour.
