Quantum STEAM Academy is an education-focused organization located in West Saint Paul, Minnesota. The academy is dedicated to fostering excellence in learning through its comprehensive approach to science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics (STEAM). With a mission to inspire young minds, the institution cultivates an enriching and inclusive environment for students.

This is a full‑time, on‑site position based in St. Paul, MN, for a Kindergarten Teacher at Quantum STEAM Academy. The teacher will create and deliver engaging lesson plans, provide tailored instruction to meet diverse student needs, and foster a nurturing classroom environment that supports the social, emotional, and intellectual development of young learners. Additional responsibilities include monitoring student progress, collaborating with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies, and maintaining communication with parents and guardians.

• Proficiency in lesson planning and teaching to create and deliver impactful classroom content
• Strong skills in education and training to support effective student development
• Excellent communication abilities to build meaningful interactions with students, parents, and faculty
• A teaching credential or certification in early childhood education is required
• Passion for working with kindergarten‑age children and fostering a positive learning environment
• Experience with STEAM‑based curriculum or innovative teaching methods is an advantage
