You will deliver accurate project plans on time and within budget, perform structural analysis of buildings and structures using current software, and design structural systems with concrete, steel, timber, and other materials. You will collaborate with project partners and clients to solve complex problems with a service-minded approach and coordinate with the internal team on design drawings and report preparation. You will provide guidance to less experienced engineers, review the work of other engineers and BIM modelers, and work with construction partners to ensure a smooth construction process.

Managing project contracts, scope, schedule, and changes will be a key part of this role, along with managing project workload and assisting with staffing needs.
