Learn more at (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). Fuller is seeking a Senior Scientist to join our R&D team supporting the Flexible Packaging business segment in North America. This role is a key contributor to product development, innovation, and business continuity efforts. You will lead technical projects that drive new product development, process improvements, and strategic growth aligned with global business goals.###
** Primary Responsibilities*
* • Lead and execute complex product development projects using Stage-Gate methodology  
• Develop patentable or proprietary adhesive technologies for flexible packaging applications  
• Apply design of experiments (DOE), statistical analysis, and structure-property-performance relationships to solve technical challenges  
• Collaborate cross-functionally with global teams including marketing, manufacturing, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders  
• Support scale-up activities, raw material qualification, and technical service as needed  
• Ensure business continuity through plant support and proactive project reviews  
• Deliver measurable business value through innovation, intellectual property, and new product commercialization###
** Minimum Requirements*
* • Ph.D. in Chemistry, Materials Science, Polymer Science or Chemical Engineering, with 2+ years of industry experience  
• OR Master’s degree with 4+ years of industry experience  
• OR Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of industry experience  
• Chemical industry experience preferred###
** Preferred Requirements*
* • Expertise in Flexible Packaging Adhesive technologies (Polyurethanes, Acrylics, Hot Melts)  
• Knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes, and application equipment  
• Understanding of customer application methods and substrate interactions  
• Familiarity with regional and global regulatory requirements  
• Experience working in cross-functional and global teams  
• Familiarity with SAP#LI-MM1

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location.

The salary for this role is $95,000 - $110, addition to your salary, H.B.
