Industrial Wastewater Project Manager

• Lead, direct, develop and market projects involving the planning, design and construction administration of industrial water and wastewater facilities.
• Direct project staff as project director or manager, and handle marketing and proposal planning.
• Provide project and task management, conduct complex process engineering for projects and proposals, collect and present data in reports, memos and public forums.
• Lead production of design calculations and technical reports and prepare engineering plans and specifications for industrial water and wastewater treatment facilities.
• Experience with design/build is desirable.
• Possess strong oral and written communication, listening, leadership and organizational skills.

• PE strongly preferred
• Master’s Degree
• PMP certification
• Experience in municipal or industrial water and wastewater systems planning and design, including project management.
• Technical background in process design of industrial organic water/wastewater treatment facilities.
• Business development and strategic planning skills within industrial facility environments.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and collaboratively with project teams.
• Experience handling multiple assignments.
• Experience with design/build is desirable.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 7 years related experience
• A minimum of 2 years project management experience
• Ability to interact with various design teams, and excellent organizational, project management and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Compensation depends on skills, experience, education and geographic location. Minnesota: $116,498–$166,425.
