We are seeking a talented and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our architects, engineers, and clients. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including healthcare, education, public safety, commercial, and industrial.

, our team of architects, engineers, interior designers, construction managers, and other professionals work together to create stunning structures and designs for optimum performance.

• Provide electrical design, detailing, and calculations for all phases of new, addition, and renovation projects.
• Coordinate electrical designs with architectural, mechanical, structural, and other disciplines.
• Edit and write electrical specifications.
• Perform investigations and feasibility studies, including reports and cost estimates.
• Provide mentorship and training to EIT-level staff.
• Guide BIM Modelers to complete electrical drawings.
• Conduct construction administration activities: review shop drawings, respond to contractor RFIs, and conduct site visits.
• Perform site visits to field verify existing conditions, dimensions, elevations, etc.
• Assist project managers with internal design budgets and schedules.
• Assist department manager in determining project scope, deliverables, and fees for proposals.
• Negotiate contracts with customers and clients.
• Develop engineering standards, policies, and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in a firm or consulting environment (preferred).
• Registered Professional Engineer.
• Project management and business development understanding.
• Experience in 3D modeling and visualization software – REVIT, SKM, and AutoCAD (strongly preferred).
• Knowledge of engineering systems.
• Effective verbal and written communication and strong organizational skills.
• Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and motivation to learn.
• Collaborative and professional work ethic.
• Ability to prioritize and service multiple projects concurrently.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to communicate with professionals of other disciplines.
• Valid driver's license.
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities and title will be based on the qualifications and experience level of the candidate. The position reports directly to the Electrical Engineering Department Lead and is an integrated member of a multidisciplinary, in-house team of engineers, architects, and drafting technicians.

Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 per year. This range is a good-faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base rate at the time of posting. Compensation will be determined based on location, qualifications, experience, operational needs, performance over time, and internal pay alignment.
