Dessert Holdings is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead capital projects across ten food manufacturing plants from St. Paul, MN, with travel to sites as needed. You will drive standardization, asset and process improvements, and automation initiatives across the network.
The role reports to the VP of Engineering & Reliability and requires 10–15 years of food manufacturing leadership, a bachelor’s in engineering, and proven project management. Ability to travel up to 75% is essential.
