Insurance Coordinator

JLL is seeking an Insurance Coordinator for its Asset Management - Insurance group. This individual will work within a Team of Insurance Analysts responsible for ensuring that all loans within their assigned portfolio are compliant with the applicable lender’s insurance requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate organization, analytical orientation and possess the initiative to work in an independent and reliable manner.

They will be highly organized and self-motivated with an eagerness and openness to learn.
· Learn about Commercial Loan Servicing, Property Insurance, lender requirements and put knowledge into practice.
· Perform duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and JREC policies and procedures.
· Other duties as assigned.

* · Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, One Note)
· Strong time management skills and ability to operate under demanding deadlines
· Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and organization skills
· Ability to multitask and work on several transactions simultaneously
· Ability to recognize and analyze risk
· Willingness and ability to learn new technology
· Ability to audit own work
· Ability to work independently, unsupervised, and as a team player

* Required Experience:

** Undergraduate degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Business preferred, or, equivalent work experience in Insurance, Commercial Mortgage Banking, or Loan Servicing.

Experience with Precision
