Business/FinancialAnalyst at TSI
As a Business/Financial Analyst on our team you will be responsible for financial analysis and support of existing product lines, materials, and projects. You will work with a multi‑functional team to provide valuable information to management, sales, marketing, engineering, and operations in order to make informed decisions about development projects, product launches, pricing, manufacturing efficiency, and monthly performance metrics.
What Will You Do?- Monitor, analyze, and explain operating results against budget and present findings to the FP&A Manager and senior management.
- Maintain worldwide pricing schedules using a documented strategy, basket pricing, AI tools, and market research.
- Assist with channel partner administration, pricing, contracts, and discount schedules.
- Design and operate discount controls, level of approvals, CP demo equipment tracking, and product end‑of‑life selection and administration.
- Design, execute, and present New Product Development (NPD) analysis and payback schedules.
- Recommend benchmarks for measuring the financial performance of divisions and departments.
- Hold department managers accountable for the financial goals for which they are responsible.
- Assist in annual planning, budgeting, and monthly forecasting.
- Assist in designing, creating, monitoring, and analyzing sales data management.
- Assist in assessment, valuation, transactions, and integration of business acquisitions.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an accounting or financial analysis role.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience working in a related accounting or financial role.
- Proficient in Enterprise Software such as SAP.
- Finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles including GAAP.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Power BI or similar skills.
- Automated financial and accounting reporting systems.
- Working knowledge of product‑line profitability analysis.
- Transactions in foreign currencies.
- Basic cost accounting.
