Associate Payroll

We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in St. Paul, MN
.

• Pay $26.00-$28.00 to start!
• 3-Month Assignment, high potential for extension or conversion based on performance and client budget.
• Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (Onsite)
• The Payroll Specialist will mainly be responsible for coordinating with state agencies and tax providers as well as managing powers of attorney and third-party authorizations in order to efficiently manage payroll taxes within the company.
• This position will also be responsible for leveraging solid Microsoft Excel and Office skills as well as supporting multi-state payroll and tax processes.

• High school diploma/GED Required, Bachelor’s degree is Preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll tax processing Required.
• Experience with multi-state payroll processing Required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel Required.
• Experience working with the State Tax Department or any other state agencies Required.
