Senior Financial Operations Analyst – Andersen Corporation

Andersen, a leading provider of windows and doors, seeks a Senior Financial Operations Analyst to support our rFinance operations. This role involves complex financial operations and accounting concepts, requiring analytical skills and financial acumen.

• Perform daily reconciliation of cash disbursement to retailers and lenders, investigate discrepancies, maintain and improve the reconciliation spreadsheet.
• Complete period‑end accounting close processes including journal entries, account reconciliations, and periodic accruals; analyze revenue, operating expenses, and SGA to ensure accurate financial performance reporting.
• Process monthly service‑fee billing, validate data, maintain billing spreadsheet, identify efficiency improvements.
• Generate financial operations reports and other assigned reporting.
• Lead or assist in cross‑functional projects to help rFinance meet goals.
• Develop financial operations and accounting concepts or techniques for operational control.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA or CMA preferred) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four to seven years of related experience.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Good understanding of finance, accounting and data analytic concepts.
• Experience with financial and data analysis.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in process improvement and automation, including working with large data sets.

Pay Range
: $69,529.00 - $
