Lake Area Mortgage, a Division of Royal Credit Union
, is seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and well‑established Mortgage Loan Officer that is ready to take their business to the next level by leveraging our wide range of products and services we can offer to our Members, with the benefit of being part of a local Credit Union. As a Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating mortgage loans and promoting related products and programs within the real estate profession and through your personal and professional networks.

Compensation and Benefits:

There is no limit to your income potential in this position! We offer a forgivable draw and a commission plan that can increase the more production you have. In addition, you'll be set up for success at Royal Credit Union by offering a wide range of mortgage products including purchase, refinance, new construction, investment, second home, vacant land, 1st time homebuyer, no down payment, extended locks, portfolio, and grant programs. We have a dedicated and experienced operations team to ensure your Members get the best experience while getting into their new home.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years’ experience working in Mortgage Loan Origination utilizing technology to originate the loans and using digital documentation.
• Strong desire to build their own portfolio by generating and pursuing leads for all of Lake Area Mortgage products and services.
• Communicate and live RCU's core purpose and values, these define and drive our organizational culture.
