Overview

Regional Director, XLP Financial Institution Practice – Business Insurance at Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction for MMA UMW’s Financial Institution placements and lead delivery of Financial Institution XLP resources to the region.

• Participate on the national Financial Institution COE.

• Play a critical role in agency retention efforts and provide technical expertise to employees in the Executive Liability Practice and throughout the MMA UMW region.

• Partner with operations and sales leaders to continually enhance the client experience for MMA’s Financial Institution clients and prospects.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of insurance experience including strong knowledge of Management Liability from a sales and underwriting perspective.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

• Strong business acumen and ability to lead others.

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational, project planning and management skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.

• Excellent listening, written and verbal communication.

Compensation

The applicable base salary range for this role is $89,400 to $166,600. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
