• Managing a portfolio of active problem loans and government subsidized/guaranteed relationships across C&I, CRE, and agricultural loan portfolios.
• Establishing an overall strategy, actions, and time frames to maximize value, minimize loss, and manage expenses.
• Analyzing loan documentation, collateral, and financial condition of borrowers and guarantors; negotiating loan structures and settlements; initiating legal action when appropriate.
• Reviewing and recommending risk ratings and reserves; providing timely and accurate reports to senior management; ensuring compliance with processes and procedures.
• Serving as a subject matter expert and providing guidance for loans not assigned to SCS as requested.
• Engaging real estate brokers, auctioneers, and other third parties to liquidate foreclosed and repossessed assets as necessary.
• Supporting internal and external audits or examinations of the assigned portfolio.

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or accounting or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of commercial loan experience with emphasis on commercial lending, underwriting, and/or workout.
• Experience working with SBA 7(a) and 504 loans preferred.
• Ability to analyze credit records, financial statements, and legal documentation.
• Ability to adhere to governmental compliance regulations, bank policies and procedures.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines on multiple tasks through effective time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Ability to accept, support, and implement continuous change.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

$82,000 - $114,000 per year
