Salary: $135,000–$165,000 + 20% Bonus
Location: Hybrid – Minneapolis / St. Paul Metro Area

Are you a hands‑on finance professional ready to take ownership of forecasting and drive strategic business decisions? As a Finance Manager, you’ll lead corporate FP&A processes, provide actionable insights to leadership, and shape the organization’s financial strategy.

• Own and execute quarterly forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting cycles
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and business cases to guide decisions
• Partner with corporate functions to provide financial insight and business recommendations
• Standardise reporting and enhance processes through ERP and data visualisation tools
• Prepare executive and board‑level reporting packages highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities
• Mentor and develop direct report(s) to strengthen the FP&A team

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
• 7+ years of progressive FP&A experience, including full ownership of forecasting and reporting processes
• Hands‑on experience with Oracle Fusion, Hyperion, One Stream, or similar ERP/EPM systems
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with Power BI or other reporting/visualisation tools
