We are hiring a Custody Operations Closing Analyst that provides operational support to Investment Advisor Services and Fund Custody relationship management staff. Duties include managing closing requests and various related administrative support functions such as cash disbursements, delivery of assets, account valuations, documentation review, and maintaining account coding. The Closing Analyst ensures that requests are completed timely, accurately and in compliance with standard policies, and that customers receive quality service for all operational activities.

Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm EST / 9:00am - 6:00pm CST
Location3+ days in Cincinnati or Saint Paul
Basic Qualifications- Three years or more of related experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Knowledge of or ability to quickly learn custody operational functions, systems, procedures and products for assigned area(s).
- Ability to multitask and meet established deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
- Exhibits analytical, problem‑solving, decision‑making and organizational skills.
- Exhibits customer relationship, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Understanding of regulatory and accounting principles that directly affect Wealth Management & Investment Services business lines and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, preferably Excel.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.
