As Lead Teller, you'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service while supporting daily branch operations, mentoring tellers, and ensuring accurate, efficient transaction processing. This role combines hands‑on client service with leadership responsibilities that help create a collaborative, high‑performing branch environment.

The Lead Teller provides exceptional client service while serving as the day‑to‑day leader and resource for teller operations. This role supports efficient branch operations, assists with complex transactions and operational activities, coaches and develops Teller team members, and helps ensure compliance, accuracy, and consistency in every client interaction. This role is full‑time at the Smith Avenue Branch in Saint Paul.

• Lead daily teller operations, including transaction processing, balancing activities, vault and cash management, ATM oversight, and operational audits.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to tellers while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Assist with transaction approvals, overrides, complex client requests, and resolution of escalated issues.
• Deliver exceptional client experiences by supporting account servicing, responding to inquiries, and identifying solutions that meet client needs.
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and risk management practices while maintaining accurate records and controls.

We're seeking a client‑focused banking professional who enjoys helping others succeed, leading by example, and building positive relationships with clients and teammates. Qualifications also include:

• Post secondary education and/or relevant work experience. Previous experience as bank teller.
• Familiarity with bank core systems, products & services, and supporting technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to provide leadership, coaching, training, and support to team members.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, organizational skills, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and client service skills.
• Familiarity with banking systems, technology platforms, and operational processes.
• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
