Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program Coordinator to provide high-quality respiratory diagnostic and therapeutic care while supporting the development and coordination of individualized pulmonary rehabilitation plans. This role requires a professional capable of working independently, collaborating effectively with medical staff, and ensuring safe, cost‑effective patient care. The ideal candidate is patient-centered, detail-oriented, and committed to advancing departmental goals.
WorkSchedule
Variable days, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4 PM.
Required Qualifications- Associate Degree in Respiratory Therapy and/or graduation from a two‑year American Medical Association approved training program in Respiratory Care. Coursework and credentials (i.e., graduate of a two‑year respiratory therapist program plus CRTT credential) which meet the qualifications for the registry exam of the National Board for Respiratory Care may substitute for the associate degree.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience as a respiratory therapist with 1 year in pulmonary rehabilitation.
- Registered as Licensed Respiratory Therapist (LRT) with the State of Minnesota.
- Other credentials:
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT)
- Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT)
- BCLS and ACLS certified within 6 months of hire.
