Phlebotomist – Part Time – Full Benefits at Bio Life Plasma Services
Job DescriptionEvery day, the donors you meet will motivate you. The high‑quality plasma you collect becomes life‑changing medicines. A commitment to customer service and quality is expected. You will report to the Plasma Center Manager and perform as a plasma donor screener and phlebotomist to support plasma center operations.
How You Will Contribute- You will answer phones, greet donors, and focus on donor safety and team safety.
- You will screen new and repeat donors, take and record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- You will use our Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- You will identify operational opportunities for continuous improvement and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- You will be available for a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire shift.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Physical capability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, and reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs. and occasionally materials up to 32 lbs. (rarely 50 lbs.).
- Fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Acceptance of a 90 % glove‑wear work environment due to potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level 1).
- One or more years of minimum experience in a customer or patient‑facing role.

Wage$18.00 per hour (subject to local minimum wage requirements)
