Youth & Family Therapist

Overview

Join a compassionate and collaborative team committed to improving the lives of youth and their families. As a Youth & Family Therapist, you’ll provide high-quality, client-centered care for youth ages 5–24 in a supportive, non-quota-driven environment.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy to youth and their families (approximately 60% direct service)
• Conduct clinical assessments and develop treatment plans
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in our electronic health record (EHR) system
• Collaborate with schools, counties, and other community partners
• Deliver community education and participate in regular clinical supervision

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field
• Current Minnesota licensure (LP, LICSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Competitive Pay: $57,000 – $85,000 based on experience and credentials

We provide mental health therapy, diversion and early intervention services, and youth and family education.
