The Clinical Supervisor position will provide clinical supervision as well as provide leadership in the areas of program development, compliance, and ethical delivery. We are currently seeking professionals who are approved board licensure supervisors and have experience with issues related to sexual offense and problematic behaviors. This position has the opportunity for strong compensation to individuals that are willing to demonstrate a strong level of commitment.
Salary:
Compensation with Experience. $62,000.00. Plus Hiring Bonus in 2022.
- MA degree or higher in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy or social work.
- Independent licensure as LP, LPCC, LICSW, LMFT
- Knowledge and experience in clinical leadership, supervision experience preferred
- Must meet all the requirements for clinical supervision including be a board approved supervisor
- Relevant work experience related to sexual offending and sexually harmful behaviors
- Knowledge of sex testing, risk assessments, and current best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven leadership skills
- Motivation toward long-term partnerships with clients
- Self-directed and highly motivated, with a tolerance for ambiguity
- Open-minded, collaborative and team-oriented
- Perform all duties of a licensed professional for assigned clinical caseload including providing
- individual, group, and family psychotherapy
- Complete necessary communications, correspondence, and court reports
- Conduct assessment interviews, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
- Responsible for clinical supervision of therapists and clinical services including approving work
- assignments, and oversight of treatment planning and execution
- As part of the leadership team, you will help oversee all data tracking of clinical compliance,
- organizational productivity and reporting to counties and stakeholders
- Ensure HIPPA compliance in your areas of responsibility
- Working knowledge of electronic health records, billing, and document standards
- Responsible for building collaborative relationships with Project Pathfinder board members,
