- A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
- State license as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Prefer trauma-informed training, but not required
