We are conveniently located near Interstate 494 and Highway 52 and public transportation in West St. Paul, MN.

The Sanctuary of West St Paul is looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide who will provide personal care to improve and/or maintain the senior age assisted living and memory care residents’ physical and emotional well‑being in a vibrant location in West Saint Paul, MNagnitude. NO CNA required, unless under 18 years old. Position is also provided with on‑the‑job training to pass medications.

This weekend caregiver support position includes:

• 24 hours per two weeks
• Evening shift
• Every other weekend

• Assists residents with personal cares including but not limited to: bathing, shaving, dressing, hair care, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts.
• Under direction of Nurse, provides health‑related services as needed such as: passing medication, glucose monitoring, temperatures, blood pressure, and pulse.

  May perform duties that include: laundry, cleaning, meal service, and assisting with activities.
• Observes residents and reports status to appropriate staff.
• Assists with onboarding of new staff.

• Ability to communicate effectively, with compassion and kindness for residents and coworkers while working in a team setting.
• Curiosity to work with a diverse and older population.
• CNA certificate if under 18.

• High School diploma or GED or completion of a formal NA or HHA course.

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
