Seeking a full-time licensed counselor (LADC, ADC-T, or equivalent) to serve as a primary counselor in a 53-bed residential substance abuse treatment program for adult men.
Responsibilities- Provide individual and group therapy, education, and holistic therapies to support recovery.
- Develop treatment plans, monitor client progress, and collaborate with staff.
- Conduct assessments, documentation, and referrals while ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Engage clients in decision-making and foster positive relationships.
- Attend team meetings and maintain ongoing training.
Requirements include strong communication skills, cultural competence, emotional intelligence, and valid licensure in MN. Familiarity with Procentive software is a plus.
