** What You'll Do*
* + Perform venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric specimen collections following established procedures

+ Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling at the time of collection

+ Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing while maintaining quality standards

+ Maintain required documentation, records, and compliance protocols

+ Provide outstanding customer service while creating a welcoming and professional patient experience

+ Support both clinical and forensic specimen collection and processing activities

+ Travel to multiple locations as needed to support staffing and operational requirements

+ Maintain a safe, organized, and professional work environment

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High School Diploma or equivalent required

+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Excellent phlebotomy and specimen collection skills

+ Strong customer service experience in a healthcare, retail, or service environment preferred

+ Medical Assistant or Paramedic training preferred

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

+ Strong data entry, computer, and organizational skills

+ Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between locations as needed

+ Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements including immunizations (MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and TB Test required; COVID and Flu vaccinations strongly recommended)
