The primary responsibility of the Direct Support Professional (DSP), is to provide direct care to our clients. Job duties include but are not limited to:

We are looking for individuals to assist a St. Paul-based client with daily life activities; this client is specifically seeking a male staff member.

• Homemaking
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients
• Assisting with hygiene management
• Independent living skills:
  Help each client reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence while assisting them with daily living activities.
• Documentation of daily activities
• Communication regarding concerns of the clients:
  Observe client and report any changes in physical and emotional condition to the supervisor.
• Transporting clients within the community:
  Assisting with appointment setting, taking to and from appointments, assist with Shopping
• Complete other duties as assigned.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation with valid auto insurance (Required)
• 1+ years of experience providing direct care to individuals or vulnerable populations
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
