** What You'll Do*
* + Collect blood specimens through venipuncture, capillary, pediatric, and geriatric collections

+ Prepare and process specimens for laboratory testing following established procedures

+ Verify patient identification and ensure accurate specimen labeling and documentation

+ Maintain required records while adhering to confidentiality and compliance standards

+ Provide excellent customer service and create a positive, professional experience for patients

+ Perform specimen collection and processing duties accurately in a fast-paced environment

+ Support multiple patient service locations as needed based on business requirements

** What We're Looking For*
* + A current, up-to-date resume

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ 1-3 years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections

+ Strong specimen collection, processing, and documentation skills

+ Customer service experience in a retail, healthcare, or service environment preferred

+ Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

+ Phlebotomy certification preferred

+ Keyboarding and data entry experience

+ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

+ Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel between work locations as needed

+ Ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-volume environment

+ Strong communication skills and commitment to professionalism and patient care

+ Ability to meet compliance requirements

+ Must be eligible and provide proof of eligibility to work in the US
