** BDC Service Coordinator**, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our Service departments.

Your role will be key in keeping operations smooth and customers happy.###

* What You’ll Do:

*** Connect with customers via phone, email, and online platforms to schedule appointments and follow up
* Maintain and organize our customer database
* Stay up-to-date on Audi product info, promotions, and pricing
* Help convert leads into loyal customers with your positive attitude and excellent service
* Coordinate schedules and keep things running like a well-oiled machine###

* Wellness Programs### This is a performance driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes:
Hourly Rate ranging from $17-$18 DOE, and bonus incentives total comp to not exceed $60,000### ### High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required. We are a drug free workplace.
