• Take ownership of the venue’s success from beginning to end
• Meet monthly and annual sales goals for venue bookings
• Serve as point of contact for showings and guest tours
• Provide quotes and proposals to potential guests
• Lead the catering team and vendors, creating a positive atmosphere
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for corporate headquarters
• Manage and plan events to market event centers, including open house events and wedding fairs
• Execute marketing plan in conjunction with corporate headquarters marketing plan

• Venue sales and management experience of at least 1‑2 years
• Proven track record of successful sales bookings
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 40 lbs occasionally, including set‑up/tear down of event space
• Full‑time schedule; must be able to work nights and weekends

• Base salary $55,000‑$60,000 plus commission
