Benefits Administrator Hybrid

Our client, a mission-driven nonprofit organization in the Twin Cities, is seeking an experienced Benefits Administrator to support and oversee employee benefits programs while delivering an exceptional employee  this role, you will administer a broad range of benefit offerings, manage leave and workers' compensation programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership.

• Administer employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, and FSA plans
• Manage leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, workers' compensation, and disability claims
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits administration
• Coordinate unemployment claims, hearings, and agency communications
• Support benefits strategy, benchmarking, and employee engagement initiatives

• 3+ years of benefits administration experience

• Pay: $38-$40/hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday with flexibility around core business hours (8:00 AM-4:00 PM)
• Location:
  
  St. Paul, MN
• Hybrid schedule available following training
