* The Workforce Analyst provides centralized Office of Inspector General (OIG) Department of Human Services (DHS) personnel inbox management, position control, and workforce financial analysis in support of OIG.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

+ Serves as the primary resource for OIG's centralized Personnel Inbox.

+ Responds to inquiries from OIG directors, managers and supervisors relating to personnel transaction needs, organizational planning and position management.

+ Provides procedural information and escalates inquiries that require Human Resources (HR) consultation.

+ Maintains OIG's position control records and workflow tracking.

+ Conducts workforce cost analysis and FTE modeling.

+ Administers division-wide shared budget accounts.

+ Supports the OIG Operations Manager and OIG Accounting Supervisor in maintaining workforce accountability and operational efficiency across OIG's programs and services.

** Minimum Qualifications*

Bachelor's degree in statistics, economics or human resources.
